Job summary
Catholic Relief Services is seeking an Advisor II, Award Management Advisor to provide full-cycle award management, project support, compliance, and learning services for World Bank-funded programs. You will help with opportunity assessment, award negotiation, startup, implementation, compliance oversight, and performance analysis across CRS.
The role supports cross-functional teams, enhances award management systems, and strengthens donor compliance. Travel up to 25% is anticipated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Development or related field.
- Minimum eight years of donor-funded awards, grants, contracts, or project management experience.
- Experience with World Bank and other institutional donor-funded awards.
- Familiarity with World Bank Procurement Regulations, ESF, IPF.
Responsibilities
- Advise on management and administration of World Bank-funded grants and contracts throughout the award lifecycle.
- Research, interpret, and advise on donor regulations and compliance standards.
- Support review, negotiation, and administration of terms; identify risks and mitigation.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting for implementation challenges, audits, and closeout.
