Job summary

Montana Primary Care Association is seeking a Workforce Program Manager to serve as the subject‑matter expert on community health center workforce. The role drives HP-ET initiatives, training, and tailored technical assistance for member centers across Montana, with focus on recruiting, developing, and retaining clinical and support staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and delivering training for professional audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment policy.
• Comfort with analyzing workforce data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strategic relationships with member health centers and organizations.
• Monitor workforce landscape and advance HP-ET initiatives.
• Develop and deliver workforce education, resources, and technical assistance.
• Advance recruitment and retention initiatives for member centers.
• Lead workforce projects, grants, and team integration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Programs.
