AuraOne, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Operations Expert to remotely review AI outputs across operations workflows. You will grade workflow correctness, policy adherence, and stakeholder fit, flag risks, and document the next steps for model training. This role requires direct ops experience and meticulous rubric application.

Work model is remote (US-eligible) with contractor employment. Expect reliable async availability and 10+ hours per week, at $40–$50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Direct working experience in workforce operations on real teams.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the policy or workflow applied.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag prompt problems.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current workforce operations workflows, playbooks and firm policy.
• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric.
• Flag operational risk, missed escalations, and policy-adherence gaps with severity tags.
• Capture the right next step so the modeling team can train on it.
• Adjudicate disputed playbook calls using firm guidance.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores in inter-rater calibration cycles.
