Job summary

Health Link Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Remote Workforce Manager to oversee and support a growing remote workforce across multiple departments and branches. This hands-on leadership role focuses on placing the right people, ensuring efficient work, and maintaining exceptional patient services.

You'll partner with HR, IT, and department leaders to improve staffing, training, and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees and coordinating schedules.
• Ability to coach staff and document follow-up.
• Strong analytical, communication, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee remote workforce scheduling, attendance, staffing, coverage, training, performance, and productivity across assigned departments.
• Partner with department leaders to align staffing levels with operational needs.
• Monitor hours, output, system activity, queues, calls, and service levels; address productivity or timekeeping issues.
