Job summary

Health Link Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Remote Workforce Manager to oversee and support our remote staff across departments. You will manage scheduling, attendance, training, and performance while ensuring quality service and adherence to remote-work policies.

Lead onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing development, partnering with HR, IT, and department leads to optimize staffing, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supervising employees and coordinating schedules.
• Ability to monitor performance, coach staff, and document follow-up.
• Proficiency with timekeeping systems and productivity reporting.
• Comfort with video-conferencing tools and remote-work technologies.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee remote workforce scheduling, attendance, staffing, coverage, training, and productivity.
• Partner with leaders to align staffing with operational needs and backup coverage.
• Monitor time, output, queues, calls, and documentation for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain dashboards and report on staffing, overtime, and service levels.
• Coordinate onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing development.
• Ensure adherence to workflows, systems, and remote-work policies.
• Provide coaching and address performance concerns with leadership and HR.
• Resolve workflow and technology issues for remote employees.
• Collaborate on onboarding, access, attendance, and transitions with HR/IT.
