Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or event planning.
• Excellent communication skills to inform, inspire, and unite remote teams.
• Empathy to understand remote workers' needs and support wellbeing.
• Comfort with collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack) and basic HRIS familiarity.
• Creative thinker able to design engaging programs and events.
• Awareness of diverse cultures and inclusive practices.
