Qualifications

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing is required.
• Experience: minimum one year of workers' compensation defense preferred.
• Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fully paperless environment and use web-based legal tools.

• Provide diligent workers' compensation defense representation from assignment through resolution.
