Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner for jurisdictions MA CT RI NH PA NJ, with dedicated client and capped caseloads. This role offers flexible telecommuting options across several states and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will analyze claims, adjudicate benefits, and work with clients to provide excellent service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of claims experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and licensure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of claims management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process workers' compensation claims to determine exposure and benefits.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with the claimant and client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions in a timely manner.
