Sedgwick is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner to analyze lost-time claims for diverse clients. You’ll adjudicate benefits, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with claimants and clients to ensure timely, compliant resolutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Heavy Litigation experience required.
• Licensing in home state plus DE, LA, OK, TX.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate Lost-Time Workers Compensation claims.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimant and client.
• Document and report claims to the excess carrier.
