Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Professional licensing/ certification applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process Lost-Time Workers' Compensation claims to determine benefits.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity and status with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions promptly.
