Sedgwick is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner to analyze Lost-Time claims for multiple jurisdictions. You will adjudicate complex cases, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing: VT, CT, NH, RI; Jurisdiction knowledge: MA, CT, NH, RI, VT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process Lost-Time Workers' Compensation claims to determine benefits due.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients; report to excess carrier.
