The ideal candidate has 3+ years of workers' compensation experience, is admitted to the New York Bar, and can independently handle hearings, negotiations, and complex case management in a collaborative

Qualifications

• 3+ years' workers' compensation experience.
• Active New York Bar admission.
• Experience representing employers, insurers or self-insured entities.
• Strong hearing, negotiation and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Develop litigation strategy and provide day-to-day advice to employers and insurance carriers.
• Build strong client relationships while working closely with experienced litigators.
• Take ownership of a varied and sophisticated caseload.
