Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nevada attorney.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings (complaints, motions, oppositions).
• Draft and review discovery and motions.
• Argue motions and hearings remotely and in court.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare trial materials and participate in trials.
• Manage litigation team members and assist in supervision.
