Qualifications

• JD degree required and admitted to the state bar
• 1–2 years of personal injury experience preferred
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a significant case load
• Draft and file pleadings and other court documents
• Track statutes of limitations and service of process
• Review court documents and medical records for cases
• Attend court hearings as needed
• Coordinate with Case Management, Demands, and Liens
• Maintain client communications through filing and settlement
