Pérez Law, PC is seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to join our team in California. You will manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases, representing injured workers with ethical advocacy and client-centered service.

Ideal candidate has CA workers' compensation knowledge, strong research/writing skills, and can work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. Remote-friendly with flexible work options.

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and CA Bar in good standing.
Preferred: workers' compensation law experience; recent grads with strong research/writing welcome.
In-depth knowledge of California workers' compensation procedures.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in hearings, trials, depositions, settlements in workers' comp.
Prepare and submit legal documents and correspondence.
Communicate with clients, insurers, medical providers, and other parties.
Oversee case management tasks with staff and assistants.
Review medical records and legal docs to build strong cases and ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain client contact and provide case updates; participate in settlements/mediations as needed.
