Latitude Subrogation Services offers a remote Workers’ Compensation Subrogation Specialist role designed for experienced professionals. You will manage the full subrogation process, guide team members, and drive improvements in recovery outcomes from a home office setup.

The position requires strong knowledge of workers’ compensation subrogation, leadership experience, and excellent communication with insurers and attorneys.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims and subrogation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree or relevant certifications
• CSRP designation preferred
• Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Advance subrogation process for complex, high-exposure claims.
• Assess claims for subrogation potential and advise on strategy.
• Mentor and train team members; lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of workers' compensation laws and subrogation trends.
• Communicate effectively with insurers, attorneys, and insureds with professionalism.
• Ensure accuracy and thorough documentation across systems.
