Knowtion Health is seeking a Revenue Recovery Specialist focused on Workers’ Compensation to evaluate referred accounts, identify the correct payer, and ensure timely submission of bills and records. The role involves reviewing EOBs, submitting appeals for underpayments, managing multiple client accounts, and maintaining professional communication with patients, employers, and payers.

This is a remote position with a dedicated home office.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of Workers’ Compensation billing experience.
• Experience reviewing EOBs and appealing underpayments.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and communicate with payers clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate referred accounts to confirm WC guidelines applicability.
• Identify the responsible payer and ensure timely submission of bills and records.
• Submit appeals for underpayments to collect correct payment.
• Maintain documentation and professional communication with patients, employers, and payers.
• Monitor payment status and resolve delays in the revenue cycle.
