Job summary
Michael Sullivan & Associates LLP is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant with Workers' Compensation experience for a remote-first role with flexible travel as needed. You will work closely with attorneys and the Office Supervisor, handling administrative tasks and preparing legal documents to support client cases.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Workers' Compensation experience.
- ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Word; typing 50 wpm.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and the Office Supervisor.
- Prepare simple to moderately complex legal documents.
- Schedule medical appointments for clients.
- Proofread documents for spelling and grammar.
- Organize and maintain case files.
- Screen telephone calls and visitors; read and respond to mail.
