Bradford & Barthel, LLP in California seeks workers' compensation attorneys statewide. We offer remote and hybrid work arrangements, a competitive benefits package, and a compensation range of 100,000–220,000 USD depending on experience and location.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of workers' compensation defense experience, is admitted to the California State Bar in good standing, and demonstrates excellent research, writing, and client service in a fully paperless practice.

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing is required.
• Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred.
• Demonstrated research, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a paperless environment and use case management tools.
• Proven professionalism and ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
