Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred; professional licenses as applicable.
• Ten years of claims experience plus two years in a supervisor role.
• Jurisdiction knowledge: NY; licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of examiners and staff across workers’ compensation claims.
• Monitor workloads, provide training, and guide examiner reports on adjudication.
• Ensure timely, accurate claims processing and client satisfaction.
• Maintain licensing compliance and proper documentation in claims files.
• Assist with quality reviews and action on high-cost or complex claims.
