Qualifications

• Professional certification relevant to line of business preferred.
• Jurisdiction knowledge: NY licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing Lost-Time Workers' Compensation claims to determine benefits.
• Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with claimant and client.
• Reporting claims to excess carrier and following directions promptly.
