Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate Lost-Time Workers Compensation claims for clients.
• Examine claims to determine benefits due and ensure adjudication within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate progress with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions promptly.
