You will analyze Lost-Time workers compensation claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients while upholding service standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Public Entity Workers Compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims through action plans to resolution.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with the claimant and the client.
• Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to directions promptly.
