Texas Mutual Insurance Company in Texas seeks an Experienced Workers' Compensation Adjuster to join our claims team in multiple Texas offices. You will conduct claim investigations, administer benefits to injured workers, and work within the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act and DWC rules under supervision.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–4 years of claims adjusting experience, and an active Texas adjuster license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of workers' comp claims adjusting experience.
• Current Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster license.

Responsibilities

• Administer workers' compensation benefits to injured workers.
• Conduct investigations for coverage and compensability, establish and maintain reserves, and make recommendations on claims.
• Manage established claims on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper handling of moderate to complex claims.
• Demonstrate proficiency in claim file management, work effectiveness, interpersonal skills and customer service.
