King’s Insurance Staffing seeks a Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner for our Texas team. The ideal candidate will manage moderate to complex Texas WC claims from inception to close, with strong analytical and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and excellent customer service abilities.
• Experience handling moderate to complex Texas Workers' Compensation claims.
• Active Texas Adjuster’s License and knowledge of TX WC laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage a backlog of 90-100 pending moderate to complex claims with minimal supervision.
• Conduct investigations, manage medical treatment, and influence early return-to-work.
• Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys; oversee litigated files.
• Maintain active file management, reserving practices, and participation in training.
• Present serious claims to committee and ensure adherence to Best Practices.
