Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers' compensation claims.
• Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure and plan actions.
• Interact with parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants.
• Document claim activity timely and support the file outcome.
