Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Workday Security Analyst to support and maintain security within our Workday HCM environment. This role will configure security roles, manage access controls, and partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure secure operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Workday security experience, strong knowledge of security policies, and a track record of enhancing security across HCM modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of Workday experience with a focus on security administration.
• Strong understanding of: Security Groups, Domain Security Policies, Business Process Security, User-Based and Role-Based Security.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM modules such as Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday security groups, domains, and business process security policies.
• Manage user access and role assignments across All Workday modules.
• Perform regular security audits and access reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday security-related issues.
• Support compliance, governance, and data privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders to implement security enhancements.
• Document security configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Evaluate Workday releases and identify potential security impacts.
