Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union seeks a Workday Platform System Administrator to manage security, configurations, and integrations across Workday modules. You will coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Cyber Security to ensure platform integrity and regulatory alignment.

The role supports production, sandbox, and implementation tenants, with a focus on scalable, secure changes and release readiness in a predominantly remote NC/SC/VA footprint. A bachelor’s degree and Workday expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Workday administration, support, or architecture in an enterprise IT environment.
• Workday Pro Platform Administrator Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with Workday integrations, releases, and governance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary technical administrator for the Workday platform, ensuring stability, security, and configuration integrity.
• Collaborates with Risk, Compliance, Security, and functional teams to enforce platform standards.
• Manages Workday tenant environments (production, sandbox, implementation) with proper separation of duties.
• Coordinates Workday release testing, planning, and deployment readiness.
• Ensures SSO consistency and proper access governance across the platform.
• Documents configurations, security changes, audit evidence, and runbooks for continuity and audits.
• Supports data integration via EIBs, APIs, and middleware; troubleshoots cross-system issues.
• Guides configuration decisions, balancing operational efficiency with security and regulatory requirements.
