Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Performance Module specialist as the SME for performance management in a remote role. You will configure performance processes, define future-state workflows, and deliver data-driven reporting for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include documenting configurations, supporting release testing, and ensuring compliance related to performance data. W2 consultants receive medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and life insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Configures and optimizes Workday performance processes.
• Analyzes performance management practices and suggests improvements.
• Partners with HR, leaders, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Maintains documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Workday Performance Management, including goals, reviews, calibrations, and feedback cycles.
• Configure and maintain performance-related business processes in Workday.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
• Support Workday releases by testing features and documenting changes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations on performance data.
