Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Performance Module Consultant to serve as the SME for performance management in a remote contract role with our client. The position focuses on configuring and optimizing Workday performance processes, partnering with stakeholders to define future-state workflows and delivering reports that enable data-driven decisions.

The consultant will document configurations, support release testing, and ensure compliance related to performance data.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Workday Performance module configuration across talent, marketplace, skills, and performance.
• Business systems analysis experience with clear communication skills.
• Proficiency with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT.
• Familiarity with OKRs and continuous feedback models.
• Stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with AI enablement tools such as Claude, Gemini, GPT, Co-Pilot, or Cursor.

Our client seeks a Workday Performance Module specialist to serve as the SME for performance management.
