Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Performance Module Consultant for a remote contract engagement. The specialist will configure and optimize Workday performance processes, partner with stakeholders to define future-state workflows, and deliver reporting that enables data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong Workday configuration experience, excellent communication, and collaboration with HR, IT, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Workday Performance Management modules (talent, marketplace, skills, performance).
• Strong business systems analysis and clear communication skills.
• Proficiency with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT.
• Familiarity with OKRs and continuous feedback models.
• Stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with AI enablement tools (Claude, Gemini, GPT, Co-Pilot, Cursor).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for Workday Performance Management, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and feedback cycles.
• Configure and maintain performance-related business processes in Workday.
• Analyze current performance management practices and recommend improvements.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Facilitate workshops to define future-state workflows and user experiences.
• Provide guidance on best practices and Workday capabilities.
• Develop documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Support Workday releases by testing features, documenting changes, and training end users.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations related to performance data.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT.
• Monitor performance metrics and engagement trends to support data-driven decisions.
