Job summary

IntelliPro Group is seeking a Workday Developer for a 3-month remote contract. The role focuses on building and supporting Workday integrations with major providers, leveraging Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Extend applications.

You will implement observability and resolve critical issues while coordinating design and delivery across workstreams. The candidate should have 5+ years in software or enterprise engineering, strong Workday integration experience, and a solid background in data

Qualifications

5+ years of software or application engineering experience, including platform/enterprise systems.
4+ years of hands-on Workday development across integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors), Extend, Orchestration, and RaaS/WQL.
Strong skills in REST/SOAP and GraphQL, and data transformation patterns (XML, XSLT, JSON).
Experience with integration architecture, event-driven patterns, and fault-tolerant design.
Deep understanding of Workday data model and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Build and support integrations with benefits providers for Open Enrolment.
Develop integrations and Extend applications using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP/GraphQL APIs.
Implement observability: dashboards, metrics, alerts, runbooks; diagnose and remediate high-severity issues.
Coordinate workstreams: write designs, provide accurate estimates, ensure delivery.
