Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Integration & Support Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Workday integrations across Financials, HCM, Payroll, and Planning. You will partner with Finance, IT, HR, and vendors to ensure reliable operations and timely issue resolution in a remote, contract role.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of production Workday experience, strong troubleshooting, and hands-on work with Workday Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, and data validation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a production Workday environment across Financials, HCM, Payroll, or Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Workday reports, security, business processes, integrations, and data validation.
• Familiarity with EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, and XSLT.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and support Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio, Orchestrate, PECI, PICOF, WECI, APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT, and XPath.
• Improve integration reliability, scalability, documentation, and support procedures.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday incidents, service requests, integration failures, and data issues.
• Coordinate releases, enhancements, and operational changes with stakeholders and change control teams.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports, calculated fields, security configuration, and data extracts.
