EverCommerce, a leading service commerce platform, seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own Workday Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation. You will drive scalable, compliant, data-driven solutions, partnering with People Operations, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT to optimize HRIS performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Workday functional configuration.
• Deep expertise in Talent and/or Advanced Compensation.
• Experience supporting advanced compensation programs or annual reviews.
• Proven ability to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Workday Functional Ownership: lead Workday Learning, Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation modules.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday processes, rules, and security configurations.
• Ensure configurations align with evolving business needs and compliance.
• Process Automation: identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflows.
• AI Enablement & Innovation: leverage AI tools to optimize recruiting, talent insights, and compensation analysis.
• Governance & Change Management: ensure changes follow SOX/ITGC and support audits.
• Data, Reporting & Insights: design dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions.
