Meridian Partners, LLC is seeking a Workday Financials Lead to direct functional delivery for public sector Workday implementations. This full-time, 100% remote role requires you to reside in the United States and manage multiple financial workstreams across discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

You will mentor consultants, collaborate with Solution Architects, and drive client communications while ensuring delivery quality and adherence to Meridian's standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience.
• Public sector implementation experience preferred (state/local government, higher education, or K–12).
• Active Workday Implementer Certifications with a minimum of two certifications.
• Strong expertise in Financial Data Model, Financial Accounting, Procurement, Grants, Financial Reporting, Expenses, Banking & Settlements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more Workday Financials functional workstreams through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations aligned with Solution Architecture and Workday best practices.
• Drive workstream deliverables, timelines, issue resolution, and client communication.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned workstreams.
• Mentor Consultants and Associate Consultants and share best practices.
