Job summary

ERPA seeks a talented Workday Extend Architect to lead design, development, and governance of custom applications on the Workday Extend platform. You will bridge business needs with technical blueprints, ensuring native integration with HCM, Finance, Payroll and Student modules.

You will guide clients through integration landscapes, mentor juniors, and drive innovation using App Builder and Orchestrations to create seamless user experiences within the Workday tenant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Workday Extend Architect at a partner firm.
• Active status certifications in Workday Partner Integration, Orchestrate and Extend.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Workday Integrations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of scalable, secure Workday Extend applications.
• Design, build, and deploy custom Workday Extend apps using App Builder and Orchestrations.
• Advise clients on Workday integration best practices and prototypes.
• Build strong client relationships through trusted, high quality delivery.
