You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, Security, and Data teams to ensure a secure, scalable Workday system of record and to guide engineers and administrators in delivering high-quality outcomes.

The role focuses on setting platform guardrails, integration patterns, and data governance, while driving release governance, environment strategy, and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience with HCM and Financials
• Proven architecture experience in complex enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of Workday security and integration technologies

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end Workday architecture across HCM and Financials
• Define secure integration patterns and governance
• Oversee data strategy and data governance for Workday extracts/feeds
• Own tenant strategy and release governance for Workday environments
• Mentor engineers and analysts on architecture best practices
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Security and Data/Analytics teams
