Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Application Developer with broad expertise across Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business process design, and Workday Extend application development.

The role spans technical configuration, custom report design, integration support, and lightweight application extension work, helping HR, finance, and IT stakeholders get more value from the Workday platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of Workday technical experience.
Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.
Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Configure Workday platform including reporting, integration support, and lightweight Extend work.
Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Workday configurations.
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver solutions.
Lead code and design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
