Job summary

Inland Imaging Associates, LLC is seeking a Workday Applications Analyst to join our remote, full-time team. You will support Workday ERP across Inland's companies, log and manage service tickets in ServiceNow, and coordinate with HR, Accounting, Payroll and IT to keep critical systems stable.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, an associate or bachelor's degree, and careful handling of confidential information.

Qualifications

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of related experience, including Workday, ServiceNow, and HR/Payroll systems.
Background check required by RCW 43.43.830–840; must not appear on the OIG Excluded List.
Post-offer, pre-employment drug test required.
Strong computer skills with ServiceNow, Workday, QGenda/scheduling systems, accounting/financial systems, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Provide support for Workday (ERP) used across Inland's related companies.
Log, track, and manage service tickets and cases in ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain critical business operations.
Manage application upgrades and new releases, including testing and coordination.
Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Payroll, IT and leadership to prioritize and resolve needs.
