Job summary

Slash Staffing is seeking a creative Social Media Personality to be the face of our remote-work outreach on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll craft educational and inspiring content that attracts job seekers and highlights opportunities with U.S. companies.

Ideal candidates are comfortable on camera, enjoy connecting with online audiences, and know what content performs well in Philippine and LATAM markets. Experience with CapCut or similar tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong on-camera presence and ability to speak directly to an audience.
• Understanding of what content resonates with remote workers in target regions.
• Experience creating or appearing in short-form video content.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-camera spokesperson for Slash Staffing’s social content
• Create short-form videos about remote work, job openings, resumes, and company culture
• Post regularly on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Build trust and engagement with followers, especially remote workers
• Use trending sounds and formats while staying on brand
• Feature real success stories from candidates placed
• Collaborate with team to keep content pipeline relevant
