Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a Social Content Manager who energetically creates scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. You’ll work with our Creative team to translate briefs into engaging, on-brand videos and graphics that drive engagement and support our social strategy.

You will ideate on trends, manage content calendars, and coordinate with creators while maintaining a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Remote work is supported across the US.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on social content creation and video production for digital platforms.
• Proven portfolio with short-form videos and platform-native editing skills.
• Expertise in TikTok, Instagram Reels formats and trending sounds.
• Strong writing ability to adapt tone for platforms and audiences.
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools listed above.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design social graphical treatments aligned with campaign goals and brand aesthetic.
• Create visual templates and assets for product drops and influencer campaigns.
• Ensure content cohesion across channels and formats.
• Own social content briefs and develop outlines, shot lists, and storyboards.
• Coordinate with Creative team, external partners, and freelancers.
• Develop content calendars and production timelines.
• Support influencer briefs, paid campaign content, and product launches.
