Job summary

ACT is seeking a Senior Work Ready Community Development Manager to expand employer relationships and drive adoption of ACT WorkKeys products. The role focuses on growing the WRC portfolio, partnering with chambers of commerce, and coordinating with economic development organizations.

Remote work is available from the United States. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in account management, with the ability to engage at executive levels, manage a diverse portfolio, and deliver measurable workforce

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management.
• Experience building employer relationships and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an active pipeline of employer relationships within assigned communities.
• Establish relationships with chambers of commerce and economic development organizations.
• Own a portfolio of WRC communities and drive progression and funding.
• Drive expansion of WorkKeys curriculum licenses, assessments, and credentials within portfolio.
• Connect communities to funding streams and sustain investment.
• Maintain CRM pipeline records and provide regular reporting.
