Qualifications

• Significant, recent, hands on WordPress experience is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently: plugin conflicts, theme errors, performance issues.
• Comfortable in WordPress admin, page builders, hosting/CMS environments.
• Customer-first attitude aligned with Catholic mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, caring customer service and maintain a customer first perspective.
• Independently maintain and support client WordPress websites for parishes/dioceses/ministries.
• Respond to case tickets via email and live calls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with WordPress core, themes, plugins, and integrations.
• Document all interactions and updates; provide client training as needed.
