Qualifications

• Strong WordPress and PHP skills with modern HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Ability to scope work to a client’s business goals.
• Fluency in English and client-facing communication.
• Experience leading or owning builds.

Responsibilities

• Scope client work against objectives and set the build approach.
• Lead custom WordPress builds: themes, templates, plugins and blocks.
• Drive efficiency with AI across the development process.
• Be the development voice the client hears, and keep their sites healthy.
