Outsource Ability is sourcing a Website & Graphic Design Assistant for a UK-based digital marketing client. The role involves hands-on WordPress website construction with Elementor, creating landing pages, and developing social media assets for campaigns.

You will communicate with clients via video calls and calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality output. AI tools will be used to enhance efficiency while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• High level practical experience building websites in WordPress.
• High level practical experience with Elementor.
• Confident, regular use of AI tools in a professional context.
• Graphic design ability, with experience producing social media and web assets.
• Comfortable speaking directly with clients on video calls and by telephone.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve website issues independently.
• Highly organised, able to manage several builds and maintenance jobs at once.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build WordPress websites using Elementor, from setup to launch.
• Create landing pages to support campaigns and client requirements.
• Maintain websites with content and plugin/theme updates; ensure mobile/desktop compatibility.
• Produce social media graphics and web assets; ensure brand consistency.
• Use AI tools to speed up build, content, and design tasks; review outputs before delivery.
