What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention
- High school diploma/GED
- Flexible to work shifts which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Smartphone/device with active network connection
- Home workspace with wired internet (25 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload), USB keyboard/mouse/headset/webcam, and 2+ monitors
