Job summary

RiceFW Technologies Inc. seeks an Information Systems Architect - Advanced for remote work within the US. The role focuses on Active Directory, Group Policy, CIS baselines, and Windows Server lifecycle management in a large enterprise context.

You will design and maintain PowerShell scripts, automate operations, and ensure compliance through documented SOPs. Collaboration with the Server Operations Team is essential, with work logged in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with Active Directory domains, replication, permissions, and DC troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of Group Policy design, scoping, filtering, troubleshooting, and change control.
• 5+ years of PowerShell, modules, error handling, remote execution, and automation.
• 3+ years implementing CIS benchmarks via GPO and scripting on Windows endpoints.
• 5+ years Windows Server administration and lifecycle management at scale.
• Experience documenting SOPs, runbooks, and change records.
• Experience working from Azure DevOps boards and formal change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute AD, GPO work backlog with creation, modification, testing, and retirement.
• Implement CIS baselines through GPO and scripted remediation under direction.
• Design, write, and maintain PowerShell for administration, auditing, and reporting.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate with tested scripts.
• Manage Windows Server lifecycle: build, patching, upgrading, decommissioning.
• Receive work prioritized by Server Operations Team Manager and coordinators.
• Log and track work items in Azure DevOps and follow change processes.
• Store all work products in Azure DevOps as property of the branch.
