Vaco is currently seeking a Windows / Linux Administrator for a 12M+ Contract opportunity that is remote. The role focuses on enterprise Windows / Linux Server Administration while modernizing and automating infrastructure operations.

You will maintain health, stability, performance, and security of hybrid server environments, troubleshoot OS issues, support VMware-based infrastructure, and implement automation via Bash, PowerShell, and Python scripting.

Formación

• Windows Server Administration including AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP and patch lifecycle.
• Linux administration across RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS; scripting in Bash and Python.
• Automation via PowerShell, Bash, Python; IaC and version control basics.
• VMware virtualization and server provisioning; configuration management familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enterprise Windows/Linux server administration and health checks.
• Modernize and automate infrastructure operations for reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex OS issues and support VMware-based infrastructure.
• Implement automation using Bash, PowerShell and Python; apply IaC and version control.
