Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Product Administrator to manage patching across Windows and Linux servers, ensuring health, security, and compliance. You will coordinate patch cycles with platform engineering teams and stakeholders, driving process improvements while communicating risks and status to diverse audiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in infrastructure or operations, ServiceNow experience, and strong patching skills with SCCM/SCOM.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience with infrastructure engineering or operations teams.
• Experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM tool.
• 1+ year of Microsoft Windows patching using SCCM/SCOM.
• Strong skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication across audiences.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented with solid time management.
• Commitment to security in daily decisions.

Mansioni

• Coordinate OS patching across Windows and Linux environments.
