About the Role
The Platform Services team is responsible for the product lifecycle management of the Windows and Linux server solutions used by internal customers. Along with the many operational responsibilities of managing these platforms, the team is responsible for each platform's security. Operating system patching is a big part of keeping these systems healthy and secure.
The Product Administrator will be responsible for making sure systems are patched on a regular basis. Scheduling patches across the various platforms means working closely with both platform engineering and business application leadership.
You’ll need strong communication and planning skills to manage patching across all platforms. You’ll also implement changes that improve the overall effectiveness of processes, make sure compliance standards for the environment are being met, and support continuous improvement efforts.

- Comfortable with uncertainty and change. Able to anticipate change, adapt quickly, and keep their cool.
